Deer Valley long weekend

We loved the location which was walking distance to Snow Park lodge and St Regis hotel. Condo was perfect for 2 couples. Mark was very responsive on any questions!

Great Ski Trip!

Wonderful Condo- so close to snow park lodge! Condo was clean and perfectly described by host. Communication with host was wonderful- we had no problems at all! Great trip- hope to return soon!

April ski week 2025

Everything about this property is fabulous and the owner is great. He is very easy to communicate with and answered all of my questions promptly. The walk to the Deer Valley lift is very short, less than 100 yards and since the resort holds skis and boots overnight, it is super easy. The condo is spotless and very well appointed. Also very well furnished with everything you need of you wish to stay in for dinner. I will definitely be back!! 5 stars across the board!!

Great place for my family of 4! Easy walk to Deer Valley resort and St Regis. Super easy check-in process and covered underground parking was great. Unit had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Thank you!

Beautiful Apartment and Location

With no doubts a place to comeback, probably for a longer stay. The apartment has everything we need. The mountains around are so Beautiful. The bus system takes you everywhere.

Comfortable Property in a great location

This condo worked out great for us. The unit was clean and nice. There was just 3 of us (couple plus one adult kid) so 2 bedrooms were plenty. The unit could easily host 6 folks with two using the pullout couch in the living room if necessary. Since the unit has 3 ful bathrooms, having an added couple should work out fine. The host was very easy to communicate with ahead of and during our stay. The unit’s location is just a short walk to the ski area base lodge and lifts. The The kitchen was well equipped and we prepared about half of our meals and dined out for the rest. The unit is also on a bus route which can be handy although we had a car. Parking was available on site which was also nice.

Amazing condo!

We had the best time! The place was fantastic and even better than the pictures! Rooms were huge beds extremely comfortable and entire space immaculate! Short walk to the slopes and also easy access to grab a hot cocoa at the St Regis. Can’t wait to book again!

Great location

We have stayed in several condos in the DV area and this is one of our favorites. Clean, great layout, & superb location. We had to contact the property managers for a staircase issue & his communication and action was lightening fast. Owner also great communicator! Highly recommend!

Great Experience

We really enjoyed our stay! Very nice, clean property with large rooms and living space. Kitchen well stocked and organized. Wonderful to have fireplace and private hot tub with beautiful views. Loved being walking distance to ski school and restaurants. The property manager helped with questions right away and was fantastic to work with.

Weekend Ski Trip

The property was exactly as represented and convenient to Snow Park Lodge. Easy access to Deer Valley Ski School and other resources at the base. When we had some issues with the heating, the owner and property manager jumped right on it to address the issue quickly. We highly recommend the property.

Another great stay

We loved this condo so much 2 years ago we booked it again for this ski season and such a great option for Deer Valley. We Uber from the airport and Uber back - no need to deal with a car and easy short walk with the kids every day to ski Deer Valley where they valet your skis and boots overnight for free. Great condo and value for one of the most high-end ski resorts around.

Spring ski trip

Lovely condo in an exceptional location for skiing Deer Valley. Located a short easy walk from lifts at Snow Park, the unit was just what we were looking for. The unit is well appointed and spacious. We had a wonderful time and look forward to returning. Communication with the owner was timely and helpful. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Comfortable and convenient

Roomy, cozy, and well appointed. Less than a quarter mile from the main ski lodge and St Regis. Basic exercise ameities and 2 mile run loop around the lake. Walkable to the town. Quiet. Good for everyone. We would stay again!

Winter wonderland perfection

Absolutely perfect, Family of 4 from Australia, 2 adults and 2 young children. Lodge is brilliantly thought out, plenty of space and amenities, the fire and hot tub are a real plus, kitchen very well stocked. Amazing additions like parking, onsite laundry etc. Properly under 5m walk to deer valley main resort, a few steps from frequent free shuttle bus into park city. Mark very easily contactable with any questions or asks. We already want to stay there again!

Spacious condo in great location

We stayed in Deer Valley in March and this condo was in a great location. Easy walk to Snow Park Lodge and the lifts, easy access to below ground parking. The condo is more spacious that it appears in the photos. The bedrooms and bathrooms are large. We loved the private hot tub on the deck and the fireplace in the den. Laundry is shared with other condos in the building and is free and very convenient. Great spot!

Deer Valley Vacation

The condo is very nice, the kitchen has all of the items you would need, the spa is clean and we really liked that there are three separate doors to the deck area. This is a lock off style unit where there is a set of double doors that separates one bedroom side from the rest of the unit. The location is good, we did walk to the lift each day and I was able to get the shuttle drivers to drop me off at the condo two of the days at the end of the day which was nice. I would stay here again for sure.

Don't miss this terrific condo!

This is my second stay at this condo and it I will stay as every year that I can possibly make it to Deer Valley to Ski. The condo is very well situated. You can walk to the base in your boots, or you can leave them at the base over night and walk in your shoes. It's a very short walk and Deer Valley keeps your skis overnight for free. The condo has everything that you can possibly need. It is comfortable with a fireplace and a hot tub. I went there to relax and Ski and that is exactly what I did, however it has terrific WIFI also as I did end up having to work on my laptop and I had no trouble at all on my zoom meetings. I've stayed at many different condos around the world and some of them you can't even get a phone call out let alone a zoom video meeting...so don't miss out on this condo and book it today! It is very relaxing after a long day of skiing the perfect runs in Utah!
