Cosy villa situated in the north of the island of Gran Canaria and only 20 minutes by car from the capital. Built in 1920, this colonial style villa has all the comforts to make your holidays very special. Oasis of peace, far from mass tourism, but only 2 km from the sea and the beach. The estate consists of 50.000 m2 of land where we can find banana trees, avocado trees, orange trees, pumpkin trees and other varieties of fruit trees. Its well-kept gardens, its splendid swimming pool and its marvellous sea views will make you feel in a real paradise. The house has 2 floors distributed with five bedrooms, with 2 single beds in each bedroom, three bathrooms and a toilet. You can also enjoy a barbecue area and a solarium terrace. A place to get to know the authentic Canarian character. For sure, an unforgettable holiday!
