Stora ett sovrum på övervåningen log och sten lägenhet vid foten av snöskor berg ligger nära golfbanan Raven. Vi renoverade vårt hem 2 år sedan har en ny king size säng i sovrummet och en bekväm full storlek Murphy säng som drar ner i vardagsrummet. Golven är trä laminat och det finns en platt-TV och en elektrisk spis i vardagsrummet. En tvättstuga och en härlig badtunna finns på plats bara några steg bort. Det finns också grillar tillgängliga i ett litet picknickområde. Parkering finns precis utanför dörren. En komplett kök, välfyllda med allt du behöver för att producera mat hemma tillhandahålls och det finns en liten livsmedelsbutik är bara en 2 minuters bilresa bort.

Gorgeous condo. The listing stated a pool, which we were looking forward to. It only had a hot tub, which we marinated in, thank you. The condo was very comfortable and welcoming. Very convenient to Cass railroad, Snowshoe resort and amenities, various trailheads and a trout fishery. When we stayed, there was a mountain bike competition up on Snowshoe, which was fun to watch. The kids got a chance to horseback ride at the stable, which made great memories. Would we stay again? Absolutely.

Sweet mountain cabin

We had a wonderful trip! Janet was very accommodating and so nice to work with. The cabin is so cute and nestled right below the mountain not a far drive up to snowshoe!

Perfect again

When not staying on top of the mountain, we prefer Overlook. OL 2 has exactly what we need. Always clean and Janet is great and cery accomodating.

Wonderful cabin for Snowshoe

We had a lovely time in this cabin. Janet was the most communicative host I've had on any rental thus far, and ensured we had everything. The kitchen is great for preparing hot meals, the bedroom is very cozy and comfy and even has a small desk station for some laptop work. Love that the cabin is in a quiet and lovely area with friendly neighbors as well.

great weekend getaway

although it rained the whole time we had a wonderful stay. There is a lot to do in the area. We went South to Hills Creek Falls which was a beautiful little hike.

Great Location

We had a great time at the cozy cabin at Snowshoe. The location is perfect for the short drive to the resort and close proximity to the shops in town. The apartment was very clean and included everything we needed for a worry free stay. We’re already looking forward to going back in the near future!

Christmas ski vacation.

Property was as advertised, clean and accommodating. Wife and kids were happy and we greatly enjoyed our stay. Owner/manager was great with communicating and everything went as expected. We had a lovely stay.

Host was great and super fast response

We had a delay with check in as the cleaners were a little behind but the host was very responsive and did everything to help. Overall the stay was great and it was a great location to the mountain.

Great condo close to Snowshoe

This was the perfect condo for our group of 3 and dog. It was the perfect size, clean, and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. The hot tub was just a short walk away and was never crowded. Snowshoe was a quick 10 minute drive away. The village and condo was pet friendly which was so convenient as I was able to bring my dog. I would definitely stay again.

Family weekend at Snowshoe

Our first visit to this property and snowshoe. We loved the coziness, cleanliness, and overall vibe of this property. The hot tub was so nice to relax in after a day of skiing! This property is also a short drive to snowshoe which was also very nice. Janet the property owner is very kind and met all of our needs. I highly recommend this property! We will be back!

RELAXING COZY CABIN

Enjoyed our short stay at this cozy cottage. Very relaxing and enjoyed the deep mountain setting. The cabin itself is showing signs of age but was more than adequate for our needs. ( One side note is that the bedspread smelled a little sweaty ) The owner was very gracious and we would recommend this and would stay there again.

My 3 children and I all love to ski but we enjoy Snowshoe in the summer just as much . We love to bike the Greenbriar River trail and a day trip to Cass railroad. We have enjoyed working together as a family to make Overlook our home away from home & we are now looking forward to sharing our home with you.

Varför värden valde detta boende

We bought at Snowshoe because we love to ski and we loved the quiet country setting of Overlook. Overlook suited our need for a quiet pet friendly location and we loved all the trees surrounding the complex. We had rented on top of the mountain many times and we're tired of the noise and crowds & we preferred Overlook because of it's homey log cabin feel . We also loved the large uncrowded hot tub . We liked the vaulted log ceilings and the skylights as well as the large windows & deck!from which to enjoy the view.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Close to golf course , restaurants and grocery store. It is a quieter and larger condo than most found at the mountaintop but it is just a short drive from the top of the mountain . A 9 mile scenic drive alone highway 66 will take you to Cass railroad which is a wonderful day out for the kids. Cass is also a great place to get on the Greenbrier River Trail. We have seen all kinds of wildlife down by the river. River rafting and fly fishing are other great summer activities & Shavers lake is open for swimming, paddle boating and canoeing. Although Overlook is a condo complex, with its' log structure , it feels more like a little mountain cabin. We love to sit on the deck during the warm weather after a meal cooked on the outdoor grill.
