Thank you, Celina, for your thoughtful review and for giving us a five-star rating despite the areas where we fell short. We’re thrilled to hear that you enjoyed the excellent location and the stunning views from the condo. It’s great to know that the quiet atmosphere and the convenience of having a washer and dryer made your stay more comfortable. We appreciate your feedback about the kitchen supplies and will certainly look into adding a can opener and pancake spatula for future guests. Your comments about the ceiling fans, carpets, and porch light are also noted, and we’ll address those to ensure a better experience moving forward. We understand how important a comfortable temperature is, and we’re sorry for the trouble you had with the AC settings. Your insights help us improve, and we genuinely hope to welcome you back for another stay where we can provide an even better experience. Thank you for choosing Avari!

Nice condo and perfect weather

Other than a master bedroom that was too warm and had a far too soft mattress for my back, our stay on the beach was very enjoyable and the rental company was exceptionally responsive.

Just what the doctor ordered!

This was the most refreshing weekend ever. We arrived at the property and were fortunate enough to get an early check in. The location of the property is perfect because it allows you quick access to food, entertainment and the beach. The staff on property was very warm, friendly and attentive. I will surely book this location again.

Great place

The location of this property is amazing. And if we had any trouble we we contacted almost immediately about the problem. The people are very nice and the views are amazing. The only thing wrong is it just needs more kitchen space, it was very crapped, but besides that this trip was amazing for me and my friends

Extremely pleased with this property! It was clean, and everything was very nice and in working order. It had all the pots / pans / dishes / utensils that we needed! The washer / dryer was also a plus! You absolutely cannot beat the complimentary beach chairs / umbrella service that came along with this rental (50 per day if you had to pay out of pocket to rent), and we loved being able to walk right out onto the beach! The balcony view was nice! We also loved the fact that the property was gated and required a code to enter. Can’t say enough good things about Island Echos 3E! Highly recommend - thanks for a great stay!

Highly recommended room

The cleanest condo we ever stayed in, big shower, great view of beach from bedroom, we never heard traffic or people walking down hallway, never had to wait on an elevator, plenty of room on the beach. The only negative thing was no ceiling fans. 10 out of 10

Great beach service

The beach was lovely and beach service was included and efficient. The condo wasn’t very clean (dirty walls, trim, shower) and there were small repairs (closet door, breakfast bar, living room tv) needed. Being your own blankets if you like to sleep warm.

Quick beach trip

We were given the wrong door code at check in so getting in condo was delayed, as it needed reset. Other than that it was a great trip and the condo met all of our needs!

Great location but…

Building and location are exactly what we wanted. The unit is ok but needs work. Carpet needs replacement, tile floors need a deep clean, and unit has a funky wet dog smell, king mattress was terrible. Thank goodness weather was perfect during our stay
