Some people want to experience a classic country finca up close, while others appreciate the advantages of a modern villa, especially when it comes to the stylish sea view villa in the coastal town of âSon Serra de Marinaâ in the north of the island.
This actually stands out simply because of its location, but also offers the luxury of a private swimming pool and a fantastic sea view over the entire Bay of Alcudia.
With only about 100 meters as the crow flies to the sea and the combination of minimalist architectural style with very comfortable and practical furnishings, this villa is a real luxurious holiday home.
The villa is surrounded by 320 mÂČ which sets no limits for well-kept outdoor chilling. A chic glass table invites you to enjoy open-air meals together, of course with a sea view. You can use the awning to provide yourself with some shade if necessary and if you don't want to go swimming in the sea, the private 5 m x 3 m swimming pool with a depth of 1 m to 2 m provides cool refreshment.
With 300 mÂČ of living space spread over three floors, the house offers three elegant bedrooms, all with double beds and air conditioning, and a total of four bathrooms. Two of the rooms and two of the bathrooms are upstairs. One of the bedrooms upstairs is the suite with its own open bathroom and a huge light-filled glass front from which you have a breathtaking view of the sea.
The lower level houses the third bedroom, another bathroom, the modern, bright, fully equipped open kitchen and the cozy living room with a free-standing smart TV and a cozy sofa... of course also with a sea view! A home office room has been specially set up on the second level and in the basement level there is a gym and a garage for the very sporty and plenty of space for storing bicycles, for example.
The villa is located in front of the small marina of âSon Serra de Marinaâ and the long sandy beach with restaurants and a beach club can be reached from here in about 800 meters
