Beautiful and elegant villa located in the medieval village of Fabbrica.
The country road leading up the gentle hills to the village and the surrounding area are typical of the Tuscan landscape and rich in olive groves and vineyards.
The Art Nouveau style villa dates back to the 19th century and has been restored respecting the original architecture.
It is luxuriously furnished and features beautiful decorations, paintings and vaulted ceilings.
Spread over 400 square metres and 2 floors, the house can accommodate up to 13 people.
Ground floor: Large, fully equipped kitchen with access to the furnished panoramic terrace, utility room, a living room with a beautiful fireplace, another living room decorated with beautiful frescoes, a dining room and a bathroom with shower, a double bedroom.
A beautiful staircase leads to the first floor: 2 double bedrooms and 2 twin bedrooms. An extra bed can be added in 3 of the bedrooms. One bathroom with shower and one with bathtub.
Large garden with a beautiful view over the rolling hills and vineyards as far as the town of Volterra. In another garden, accessible by a small flight of steps, there is a beautiful swimming pool (12x4x1,30 deep) with hydromassage corner and a breathtaking view of the surrounding valley.
Distances: Fabbrica with several shops only a few metres away, San Gimignano 30 km, Volterra 25 km, the small town of Pontedera 23 km, Pisa (airport) 50 km, Florence (airport), Lucca 65 km, Livorno (with equipped beaches) 50 km, Casciana Terme (with spas) 25 km, Siena approx. 70 km. The coast can be reached in 45 minutes (by car).
