Spectacular property

We loved everything about this house! Check in was nice and easy, as was check out! We felt right at home and were able to relax for a few days! The view was beautiful and the rooms were big!

Villa Lorena was fantastic! Beautiful design (especially the ceilings), fantastic pool w/hot tub and fabulous view. Also, it’s a quick 5 minute walk down to the beach.The process from initial booking to checkout was great. Kimberly took care of things pre-arrival and our villa manager, Hector, was there to greet us with margaritas. He was also available 24/7 to handle things like taxis, maintenance etc. I don’t think we waited more than a couple of minutes for a response from Hector. Our villa housekeeper was also fantastic. She took care of everything including folding our clothes which we didn’t expect. We highly recommend the taco and margarita bar party we held at the villa Friday evening. The food was fantastic and the two ladies who staffed it were lovely. You can set this up through Cabo Villas. Thank you so much to all Cabo Villas staff!!

Amazing stay!

We stayed here for a bachelorette party and it exceeded our expectations beyond belief. Everything was amazing. The house is gorgeous, the location was great & the concierge was amazing as well! We will absolutely be back and recommend to all friends and family!

No need to go anywhere!

The pictures of the view from the pool do not do the villa justice! It was an amazing experience leading up to our vacation and even better during! The concierge service was amazing and so accommodating. Cannot wait to come back!

Perfect for birthday celebration

This house is Pedregal was the perfect place to celebrate my 30th birthday. We had a group of 10 and took full advantage of the house amenities. The view was absolutely incredible. Definitely recommend for any celebration with a group!

Beautiful property with an amazing view

This house is beautiful and the views were spectacular. We had a great time for my wife's birthday and had seven adults that stayed at the property for four days. Property management was very responsive and great to work with. We had a car rental delivered to the house and used the transport from airport that was included. I highly recommend and hope to stay here again on future trips to Cabo!

Great family vacation! Pool, beach, view, location, security, and golf were all outstanding.

The villa was excellent, along with the concierge was always available to assist with anything and responded quickly. The welcome package, La Feria, done by Cabovillas was a great way to start the vacation. The villa itself has a great view, in a quiet and secure neighborhood, and well maintained. We had no issues. The staff at Cabovillas were a great help in setting up golf, dinners, car rental and general information. We hope to go there again.

Had massages in our villa, a family dinner with chefs on site cooking the meal. Great location and views. I got sick and travel company had medicine delivered to my villa. Over all zero negative to state. My family truly enjoyed adding a couple days to our Cabo vacation by staying at this villa a couple extra days.

Spectacular views of the ocean from every rooom/patio. Clean. Great layout for multiple people (we had 8 in our group). The pool and hot tub were great to have. Got a little dirty at times, but there was a dying tree putting lots of debris into it. It's a long walk into town, and the walk back up is even tougher so we ended up spending a lot of money in taxis. Overall, this place was wonderful!!! We would have a tough time staying anywhere else with a large group.

Perfect Getaway!

Went to Villa Lorena with a big group of girlfriends and we were SUCH happy travelers! Our concierge made everything seamless and catered to our every need - brought us coffee, ordered every cab (even into the wee hours of the morning!) and was super responsive. The villa is gorgeous - the view can't be beat, Pedregal itself is stunning and feels very safe! The comfiest bed! Close to everything! Can't really walk anywhere, but a cab is there just as soon as you need it thanks to the concierge. Can't wait to go back!

Family vacation

We booked Villa Lorena for a surprise 75 birthday getaway for my mother in law! The neighborhood was excellent the beach was a 10 minute walk away. The Villa Lorena was a perfect place for us as we were four separate couples the rooms were private and all have their own beautiful view. We could sit on the patio in the morning and watch the wells jump. The weather was beautiful the pool inviting with the perfect temperature. Everything about this home was welcoming easily accessible. Our specialist Jessica was perfect and helping us set up our arrival and events we had planned to do. I would definitely choose Villa Lorena For a second stay in Cabo.

Beautiful house with a beautiful view

Villa Lorena is a beautiful home with beautiful views that dont get enough attention in the house summary or reviews. The floor plan of the house was perfect for our group. Young adult men had the 2 jack n jill bedrooms, our daughter and her baby took the casita. The pool and hot tub were prefectly wonderful. Sliding the chairs, loungers, or tables were a little loud in the casita while baby was trying to sleep. All personale that we were in contact with were wonderful and helpful. The cleaning lady does a fabulous job! Walking into town and back was an adventure!

50 wedding anniversary

Loved the property, but it does need updating and repairs. Some of our needs were not addressed. Cleaning people were great, but we didn’t need them 3 days all day. They also showed up before we checked out on Saturday which was invasive while we were packing and gathering our things. Wish we had been told at the beginning that we had a choice as to how often cleaning people could come.

Beautiful house but many issues

Booked this for a bachelorette trip, and really wanted to love it. The house was gorgeous, but the “24/7 concierge service” was pretty rocky. We’d communicated with one concierge for months, arranging all our details, flight info, and prestock info, and on the day we were supposed to arrive we suddenly had a new concierge who knew nothing about our stay, and seemed kind of irritated with us. Our prestock was well above what we had ordered, the showers we’re so hot we couldn’t use them and no one addressed it when we asked for it to be fixed, and the private shuttle service was consistently late and would misrepresent where they were (texting us saying “10 minutes away” and then we’d wait an additional hour). I reached out to customer service and it seems they’re working on the prestock issue, but no word on any of our other issues, which I hoped they’d address before I wrote a review. At the end of the day it was a gorgeous property, but we would have rather payed less for a property without the concierge services and arranged things ourselves than pay more for something that was unreliable.

Horrible customer service with no regard to our safety in the midst of a Category 4 hurricane

What a nightmare. 12 hours before our 6am flight out to Cabo we were notified there was a category 3 (which strengthened to a 4 the day we arrived to Cabo) hurricane off the coast of Cabo and all the models showed it would be a direct hit. Panicked of course, we called Cabo Villas customer service and pleaded with them to please work with us in either giving us a partial refund or even rescheduling to a later date - it wasn’t about the money we would have been fine to come back another time this was about our safety and yet, customer service told us no, saying unless force majeure was in play there’s nothing they can do. They kept down playing the storm saying don’t worry it will turn etc etc, and given we’d spent about $10K between the villa, flights and activists we felt forced to continue on with our plans. The lack of concern for our safety and well being from the customer service team at Cabo Villas was incomprehensible. We’re from FL and are no strangers to hurricanes, but being in a foreign country during a storm like this and not knowing how it would play out was terrifying it felt like a joke to the customer service team. I know no one can control or predict the weather but the sheer lack of concern or willingness to work with us even to reschedule our already paid for vacation to any other weekend from the Cabo Villa team was so disgusting. 10/10 I would not recommend this vacation rental company and will never stay with them again. You’re better off at a hotel.

Great view very clean

The property was great very clean and spacious nice detail, the only thing I can complain about is the transportation out was expensive, knowing what I know now I would get an Uber and notify the guard gate to let them in

Beautiful, spacious home with incredible view

We were offered this property when the home we had originally chosen developed an electrical issue. Huge upgrade and much more house than we actually needed - we felt like movie stars. Many thanks to the owner who adjusted her plans at the last minute to make the place available. Great service from initial contact through check out. Highly recommended.
