South-facing holiday apartments right by the sea and near the beach, with a terrace and a shared garden, surrounded by a pine forest
The house with its two holiday apartments lies right by the sea, 35 metres from the beach. There is only a pine forest between the house and the beach.
The apartments are on the first and second floor and face south. The house was completely renovated in 2005. The apartment on the second floor can accommodate four people, while the one on the first floor is for six people.
The terraces provide a wonderful view of the sea and the Kornati. Both have table tennis tables and room to lie and sunbathe. Both apartments are surrounded by a beautiful garden with a barbecue area and an outdoor shower. There are two storage rooms, where you can store bicycles and other equipment. There are parking spaces for four cars behind the house.
It is not even a five-minute walk to the nearest shop.
The apartment of 43m² is on the second floor. It has a bedroom (15.9m²) with a double bed, The living room (10.5m²) has a dining corner and a sofa bed for a third and fourth person. The kitchen (9.3m²) is fully-equipped with an oven, fridge with freezer compartment (50l), hob, toaster, coffee machine, kettle and vacuum cleaner. The bathroom provides a shower and WC. Bed linen, hand towels and tea towels are also provided.
The 32m² terrace invites you to relax.
