Theses holiday apartments are situated in a beautiful villa (3 lodgings), ideal for a relaxing holiday, at 800 mt from Sassetta, a remarkable medieval village on the hills of the Etruscan coast at just 12 km from the beaches of Marina di Castagneto. On top of a hill, 500 m above sea level, the apartments with private terrace have been renovated to a very high standard, in harmony with the surroundings.



The villa is surrounded by a large green park and has a Swimming pool (12x6, open middle May-Sept).In the villa's grounds there is ample parking space.



Furthermore, in Marina di Castagneto our guests also have at disposal our private strip of Maremma pinewood with botanic route and beach with facilities deckchairs, sun umbrellas, dressing room, bathroom, and potable water.



It is in an excellent location for discovering some of the many medieval Tuscan villages in the surroundings, such as Bolgheri, famous for the Sassicaia Wine, and Massa Marittima, or for visiting the ancient Etruscan necropolis of Populonia at 25 km.



This apartment and its bathroom have no architectural barriers and so can also cater for people with a disability.
From the garden on the east side one enters the living room. In front of this entrance there is a gazebo furnished with marble table and wrought iron settees with comfortable cushions.
In the apartment's private garden there are also a barbecue, an outside shower and two deckchairs.
On entering the living room to the left is the well equipped kitchen area with gas hob, gas oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, toaster and both italian moka and filter coffee machines, and a washing machine. In front of the kitchen is a wooden table with six chairs. In this living room there is also a sofa which converts to a double bed or two single beds. From the living room one enters the bedroom, with window-door, a double bed, a single bed, a cot and the door to the bathroom with shower.
The apartment is very well furnished and has central heating.
