The house is spread over two levels and is characterised by a very cosy atmosphere. The light coloured walls, the beamed ceilings, some rustic Majorcan design corridors, the wooden windows and the discreet tiles, fabrics and decoration in general are carefully selected. On the ground floor you will find an open plan lounge/dining room and adjoining open plan kitchen. The sofa area, which invites you to relax, has a fireplace, which on cold evenings creates a super comfortable and cosy atmosphere. In addition, here is installed the TV, from which you can entertain yourself. In the dining room you can dine at the long table together. Conveniently, the kitchen is right next door, only separated by a small bar. Here you will find everything for your daily needs, including kettle and filter coffee machine. Another small lounge with an additional TV and connection to the pool offers the luxury of an additional retreat area, so you can have a complete and peaceful rest. Elegant and individually furnished, the rooms seem to be an ideal base for a relaxing holiday. A total of two beds of 1.50 x 2.00 m and two of the dimensions 0.90 x 2.00 m are available. The bathrooms delight with their modern design and high quality facilities. Iron and hairdryer are available in the house and do not need to be brought along.

The finca is located in a quiet area, about 150 metres from the road connecting Can Picafort and Santa Margalida. This results in a particularly convenient location while maintaining a high recreational value. In only 10 minutes by car you can reach several beaches of the wide bay of Alcudia, such as Playa de Muro, Can Picafort or the quieter beaches of Son Serra (licence number: ETV / 984, name: Carritx).
