The flat is located on the second floor of a quiet village, surrounded by the green woods and olive groves of western Liguria. All services are quickly reachable, restaurants, shops, bars. Private parking is 30 metres away.
The private car park is no more than 30 metres away.
The flat is a beautiful two-room apartment with fine finishes, all parquet flooring. Crossed the threshold of the house, a beautiful wall fireplace made of refractory bricks welcomes you; on the right a living room with TV area, large sofa convertible into double bed and bright window overlooking the village; on the left the kitchen/dining area; the kitchen is equipped with gas, oven, fridge/freezer, beautiful wooden table with antique marble top, drawers and various cupboards; continuing you arrive in the bedroom, with large bed and wardrobe. A door leads to the bathroom: shower, bidet, washbasin and washing machine. A window gives ample breath to the area. During the winter period the heating gas will be charged separately, reading the consumption on the contactor of the network operator. the rest of the utilities is included in the price
The beaches are about 8/10 km away, depending on what you want. The town of Sanremo can be reached in less than 15 minutes, Monte Carlo 40 minutes by car. Supermarkets, shops, bars, hangouts, are all within walking distance in no time. The largest supermarket is 8 km away.
The property is easily accessible; large children's playground close by. On request, with price to be agreed, boat trips can be made, 5m classic Ligurian wooden boat, either for tours of the coast or for technical coastal trolling or other specialities on request.
