One of the best and quietest residential areas of Lanzarote. The villa is west facing, which allows you to enjoy one of the best sunsets on the island.
In the same street there are several cafes, restaurants and supermarkets.
Villa with three bedrooms, two bathrooms and fully equipped kitchen on the seafront with magnificent sunsets, free WiFi and heated pool all year round.
Villa with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, air conditioning and heating, pool with ecological chlorine system (saline chlorination) and barbecue near the pool overlooking the sea. Villa Hortensia has 3 bedrooms, a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a large terrace to enjoy the views and sunbathe, and two bedrooms with two single beds. In the living room there is a 46 Smart TV with satellite channels, DVD, and a sound tower to connect your smartphone and listen to music while enjoying the best sunsets on the island. The fully equipped kitchen offers a toaster, two coffee machines (one of them DOLCE GUSTO), kettle, microwave, etc. and a barbecue by the pool to enjoy the wonderful views of the cliffs and the sea that are in front of the villa.
The private heated pool is available all year round at no extra cost.
A barbecue, a terrace area with a sofa and a couple of armchairs to enjoy the sea view and an outdoor dining area will allow you to enjoy the villa and spend a nice vacation with your partner or family.
