Three-room apartment in residence ON THE SEA. Consisting of two bedrooms, a loft, living room with kitchenette, bathroom with shower, terrace is equipped with television, washing machine in the bathroom, dishwasher, air conditioning in the living room and in the double bedroom, wi fi connection is available for a fee at the reception of the service centre of the village, The residence has a swimming pool of a bar restaurant (active during the high season from mid-June to mid-September) several small private beaches, large green spaces. Next to the car park outside the residence is a small supermarket, which is also open throughout the high season, i.e. from mid-June to mid/end September. The APARTMENT is not equipped with linen, but it is possible to have it please make a request at the time of booking, you will be informed of the conditions. The wonderful location 50 m from the sea means that there are draughts that do not require air conditioning even on the hottest days of summer. We are not always present but we collaborate with very helpful people in case of our absence The flat is located in a residence so it is important to respect the condominium rules, the use of common spaces.
