La Fattoria is a farmhouse in the aesthetic tradition of Tuscan farms of the last century combined with the use of ecological materials and renewable energy sources, a beautiful building with all modern comforts and a common room for guests. The flats are divided into one-room, two-room and three-room apartments, each with a separate entrance and outdoor space. The three-room flat is located on the ground or first floor.
Each flat has a table and chairs for eating outside. . About 25 metres from the cottage there is a beautiful 15x10 m swimming pool with a shallow (60 cm) children's area. For children there are areas equipped with games.
The three-room apartment, about 55 sq m, consists of a double bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds and a living room with satellite TV with a double sofa bed, kitchenette (electric cooker, dishwasher and microwave oven, coffee machine and dining area,) and bathroom with shower.
5 km away is the beautiful medieval village of Suvereto where you can do your shopping in the various shops or in a small supermarket. The beaches of the Gulf of Follonica and the Etruscan coast are only a 20-minute drive away.
This type of flat is equipped with a dishwasher, as well as all household appliances and utensils.
