This modern and tastefully furnished holiday apartment is located in Valdebek, in a quiet setting and strategic location for exploring Pula and its surroundings like Premantura, Medulin, Pješčana uvala etc. The house is located at the end of a small street so there is no heavy and/or noisy traffic. It is in a quiet residental area but close to the center of the city and beaches (5 min by car).
The terrace is equipped with garden furniture, and sunshade. The garden is for shared use.
The apartment is on the ground floor of the two-storey family house. There are two holiday apartments on the ground floor. The owner lives on the first floor.
It is about 65 m² in size and can accommodate up to six persons. It comprises of the following rooms: A living room with a flatscreen TV and a double sofa bed. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. Plus there is a fully-equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and a dining area, as well as an adjoining bathroom with a shower and bidet. Next to it there is a separate guest toilet for additional comfort.
There is a small grocery shop and a restaurant at 300m distance, winery is 900m away. Apartment is situated in a family house , at the end of the blind street.
This is a quiet location for your relaxed holiday. Pets are welcome.
