La Mimosa, an independent flat of 50 square metres, suitable for 2/4 people, consists of a living room with a sofa bed for two, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchenette, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The furnishings combine modern furniture with antiques. Air conditioning. Free Wi-Fi fibre. Garden with table and chairs. The entrance is independent, outside there is a private parking space and a large public car park.
The silence of the Franciacorta countryside between the lake and the foothills of the Alps guarantees a peaceful and relaxing stay.
La Mimosa, which is located in the heart of Franciacorta, is an excellent starting point for visiting the area: the Franciacorta wine cellars, the Torbiere del Sebino, the Monastery of San Pietro in Lamosa, Lake Iseo, Clusane, an ancient fishing village famous for its baked tench, the Island of Monteisola, the Pyramids of Zone and the Olivetan Abbey of Rodengo Saiano. In the village of Ome there is the ancient, still working, Maglio Averolsi. The Porte Franche shopping centre, the Outlet Village Franciacorta and Elnos/IKEA are only a few minutes away.
Also nearby is BRESCIA with the Santa Giulia monastery, a UNESCO heritage site, the CAPITOLIUM and the historic centre of Brescia. Bergamo and the Valcamonica ski resort, as well as the Valle Camonica National Park of Prehistoric Engravings, also a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
The Milan-Venice motorway (A4), exit Rovato, is only 12 km away.
