Newly renovated (2018) holiday house in the center of Chania, with a private garden and three bedrooms
The semi-detached holiday house is located in the center of Chania. It is in a quiet area that offers plenty of privacy.
The veranda and garden are equipped with garden furniture, sunshade and 6 sun loungers. The property is fenced and is therefore suitable for children and dogs.
The two-storey house was built in 1968. It has only recently been fully refurbished in 2018. The ground floor is offered for rent, nobody stays on the first floor - so you have the house all to yourselves and your privacy is guaranteed.
The house offers a generous living space of 250m². It consists of a living area, a dining room, a modern, fully equipped kitchen complete with washing machine, three bedrooms and a bathroom with a bath tub. The house can accommodate up to six persons.
Within a distance of 10-100 m you can find anything that you will need during your stay: shops, restaurants, bars etc.
In bygone eras, the garden with a dance floor where Chania's Aristocrats liked to party. The doors were always open to all Greek and foreign uninvited visitors, friends, either travellers or guests.
