VillaAria is a newly built luxury property with a private pool (seasonal, which is open from April to October), sauna, jacuzzi on the rooftop terrace, and gym. Designed and furnished to the highest standards and comfort. The villa spreads over 650 m2 and it is completely fenced which provides you with complete privacy. Located only 100 m from the beautiful beach, restaurant, or grocery. Novalja is 14km away. The saltwater heated pool has two different depths and a beautiful sun deck that is prepared for your dream vacation. You can enjoy swimming or relax in the loungers. The rooftop terrace has a jacuzzi and this is a perfect spot to watch the sunset in good company. The villa has also its outdoor barbecue area and outside dining area so you can prepare typical Croatian dishes and cherish the moment spent together on your vacation. Villa Ora features also a sauna, gym, fireplace, and a small children's play area. The residential area, with a total of 330m2, is equipped to fit your every need.
