The gßte is located in the commune of Cléden-Cap-Sizun, close to the Pointe du Raz, Pointe du Van, Baie des Trépassées and the GR34 coastal footpaths.50 m2 gßte in an old farmhouse, renovated in 1992.Very quiet village.The accommodation comprises a living room with fully-equipped kitchenette, oven, dishwasher and microwave. Shared washing machine. On the first floor, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 bathroom with bath, on the second floor, a bedroom with 2 single beds. Electric heating in all rooms.Outside overlooks the farmyard, garden furniture, barbecue, swing shared with the other gßte.Not fully enclosed.Cot and high chair available on requestTypical Cap Sizun village.
The accommodation is a stone house of around 60 m2 renovated in 2011, consisting of a living room with fitted kitchen, bathroom with shower, separate wc for the lower part. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with 2 single beds, also with WC. Bed linen is provided on request. Shared washing machine and tumble dryer with the 2nd gĂźte. Electric heating in all rooms.
Private south-facing terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, unfenced garden overlooking orchard and meadow.
The gĂźte contains a restored old bread oven. Cot and high chair available on request.
