La Sassa House is a holiday home placed at about 350 meters a.s.l. below the Marliana village, between Montecatini and Pistoia, immersed in a landscape of olive groves and woods, where the blowing winds from the sea and the mountains caress and relax the guests stay.
The apartment, on the first floor of a semi-detached house, has a master bedroom, a second bedroom with 2 single beds and 2 bedrooms with a single bed for a total amount of 6, a living room with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower; a large yard and a covered portico offer a wonderful opportunity to relax outdoors and breathe the air of the Tuscan countryside.
La Sassa House is set in the middle of olive and fruit trees, all surrounded by a forest of chestnut, oak, pine and acacia trees. If you stay in the right time you can find mushrooms or in winter follow all the steps of the olive oil production from the olives harvest until processing in the oil mill. It is a really quiet place surrounded by nature, ideal for a relaxing weekend or for a period of holiday. The house can also serve as a base for excursions to the art cities and all the interesting sites in Tuscany, all accessible in less than an hour and a half drive.
