The ground floor comprises a living room with a wood-burning stove, a flat-screen TV and a two-seater leather sofa and lounger. Next to the living room is a new, fully-equipped built-in kitchen with induction hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, teapot, toaster, dishwasher and dining area. Next to the kitchen is a bathroom with shower and washbasin, hairdryer, washing machine and WC.
