Located in Kastav, Apartments Raspolic consist of four apartments in big house placed in a small and quiet street, surrounded by family houses.
Apartments Raspolic has four apartments. On ground floor there are studio apartment (for 2 persons), and apartment no.1 (for 4 persons) and on first floor are apartement no.2 (for 4 person) and apartment no.3 (for 6 persons).
All apartments have a living room with a sofa bed, a bedroom with a king size bed (except studio), a kitchen, and a bathroom with shower. They offer satellite television on flat TV screen, free WiFi and air conditioning. The apartments have a balcony or terraces.
On ground floor there is shared lounge area equipped with dart board, football table, sofa, large flat TV screen and wooden table and benches.
In front is a large court yard around the house equipped with wooden table and benches. Also barbicue is avialable for all guests.
A large parking lot.(8 spots) is avialable to all guests.
The nearest supermarket is 300 m away and other facilities (restaurants, cafes, pharmacy, bank, etc.) are located in Matulji (800 m away) and Kastav (2 km away)
We are close to tourist destinations: Rijeka is 10 km away and Opatija 5 km. Nearest beach is 3km away.

This modern and tastefully furnished holiday apartment is located in Kastav, in a small and quiet street, surrounded by family houses.
There are a total of seven holiday apartments in the three-storey building. This apartment with a living space of 55m2 is on the first floor. It consists of a spacious kitchen and living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a big balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped, the living room consist of a sofa bed (double bed for two persons), satellite TV and air conditioning. One bedroom contains a double bed (180 Ă 200), wardrobe, work desk and also has air conditioning. The second bedroom has bed for one person, wordrobe and desk. Free WiFi is avialable in whole apartment.
The private balcony is equipped with garden furniture. Guests can also relax in the garden or on the shared lounge area equipped with dart board, football table, sofa, large flat TV screen and wooden table and benches. In front is a large court yard around the house and a large parking lot.
