Balcony and back side terrace with garden furniture.
Ap. is on the ground floor of the house with two more floors above. It has private parking and most important nice big terrace on the back side of the house, with grill and small cottage with washing machine free to use, and extra toilet with sink and shower.
This washing machine, grill and back yard terrace is for communal use, you share it only with guests from one ap. next to yours.
Ap has two bedrooms each with double bed, bathroom with bath tub and toilet, fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, coffee machine, toaster.
Living room is connected with kitchen, with sat tv, air condition, wi-fi, sofa bed for one person and nice covered balcony.

Walking and bike trails are not far from house, also many excursions are on your disposal to choose and book, renting boat or bike in the place and also 20km away wake board.
