The country house is located in an exclusive domain of 12 ha with olive groves, woodland and mountain pasture. On this mountain meadow, you have a view of the ridges, sea and islands and have the opportunity to go for walks and picnics. The country house enjoys great privacy.

Nearby atmospheric La Spezia has a seaside promenade, marina, and numerous shops and restaurants. Cerreto Laghi ski resort (45 km) offers mountain walks during summer and, of course, skiing in winter.

In the large enclosed grass garden (2000 m2) is a private saltwater pool (17 x 5 m depth 1.5 m) with underwater night lighting.
