Lovely mini-apartment on the ground floor within the garden This flat is located in a chalet independent of the main house within the garden.
The flat consists of a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a living room with kitchenette and sofa bed for two adults. The flat has a large outdoor area for exclusive use in the shade of a centuries-old olive tree where it is possible to have breakfast, lunch and dinner.
The flat overlooks a well-kept garden full of greenery and flowers where there is a table with four chairs and a large sun umbrella.
The house has its own convenient parking space inside the gate. High chair and cot for baby on request.
The house has air conditioning and safety equipment (carbon monoxide detector and fire extinguisher).
