During the renovation of this old Istrian stone house, we paid special attention to the preservation and use of autochthonous materials and objects, which gave the house new life while preserving the charm of the past.
Within the villa you will also find a SPA with a Jacuzzi, sauna, gym and a relaxation room. You will also have access to the 46 m2 outdoor swimming pool, an outdoor kitchen with a fireplace, covered parking and a large 2600 m2 garden.
To guarantee your privacy, the estate is duly fenced and the absence of architectural barriers makes it the ideal place for people with special needs.
