Beautiful seafront flat located between Riells beach and the Club NĂĄutico, with views of the sea and the marina. With capacity for 6 people and 150 metres from the beach, it enjoys a communal area with swimming pool for adults and children, parking space, lift, Internet WIFI and air conditioning.
Costabravaforrent BalcĂł 7 is a newly built flat (2005), on the 3rd floor of the building, totally exterior and sunny, in a 3-storey building. The flat has a surface area of 110m2 spread over two floors with a maximum capacity for 6 people. It has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. On the ground floor we find the main entrance, a hallway, a double bedroom with two single beds, a complete bathroom with shower, the kitchen, a suite with access to the terrace and complete bathroom with bathtub, the dining room and the living room with access to the terrace. The kitchen is bright, functional and perfectly equipped. On the first floor there is an open space that can be used as a bedroom with a double bed and access to the solarium terrace. The suite has a double bed.
