Our terraced house is a true oasis of comfort and style. Sleeping 4 including children, it is air-conditioned in both the living room and the 2 bedrooms, ensuring maximum comfort at all times of day and night. The interior is furnished with attention to detail, offering a cosy and functional environment: a living room with kitchenette, an ante-bathroom, a bathroom and a cellar on the ground floor, while on the first floor you will find a double bedroom with 24" colour TV and balcony, as well as a small bedroom with 2 bunk beds. Everything is designed to guarantee a pleasant and relaxing stay.
The exterior of the house offers a small tiled garden with a covered patio, ideal for breakfast, lunch and dinner in the open air, enjoying the mild climate and sea breeze. The location of the house, in the second row and away from the swimming pool, guarantees greater tranquillity and privacy, especially in the summer period. Nevertheless, the proximity to the condominium swimming pool, only 50 metres away, allows you to easily enjoy its cool, clean waters, and the private restaurant included in the complex for moments of relaxation and conviviality.
The location of Tanca Piras is simply spectacular, with a panorama directly overlooking the sea. Immersed in a setting of rare beauty, you can explore the countless paths that will lead you to discover unique vantage points, perfect for watching the sunset or engaging in activities such as trekking, mountain biking, and water sports. The village is located a short distance from the village, where you will find everything you need for your stay, including small markets, bars, restaurants and essential services.
The cost of renting includes the stay for 4 beds, (including children) the consumption of electricity, water, gas, a single supply of bed linen and a bath towel, at the beginning of the stay, (further supplies of linen are considered extra costs), use of the kitchen, use of the washing machine, wi.fi router, use of the communal swimming pool in accordance with the regulations and unguarded parking outside the village.
The swimming pool is generally open from June to September.
To be paid, in cash, at the time of check-in:
STAY TAX: 2 euro per person per day. (max 5 days)
FINAL CLEANING: Euro 50.00.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: Euro 200.00.
No BBQ available. We are not equipped to accommodate our animal friends.
The unattended parking space is outside the village.
At check in, as required by local regulations, guests must show an identity document (passport for guests coming from outside the European Community) for each guest staying at our house for the consequent communication of data to the Police Headquarters and the administrative offices of the Region of Sardinia and sign a short tourist lease contract.
WASTE
Waste disposal by guests must be carried out in a personalised manner, using the containers of differentiated colour according to waste, present inside the house. Each guest must only use the differentiated coloured containers equipped with a microchip that identifies the owner of the house.
ELECTRICAL SYSTEM
The electricity supply system installed in the home is 3.3 kilowatts.
The management of electrical appliances must take into consideration the available kilowatts.
