Casamureddu is a new building located in the centre of SoleminisA newly built flat in Soleminis with the possibility of excursions to the farm and participation in rural activities such as grape harvesting and pruning
A large terrace at the front with a small garden and a courtyard at the back.
It consists of 2 flats connected by an external staircase a total area of 100 sq m approx., consists of 4 bedrooms, two large rooms with kitchenette, two bathrooms.
The flat is located in the centre of Soleminis, with a supermarket, bar and pizzeria within 200 metres. Pharmacy and post office within 300 m. Soleminis is 15 km from Cagliari, the beaches of southern Sardinia and Cagliari Elmas airport. Mountain biking is possible in the forest of Monte Arrubiu adjacent to the village, in the forest you can also go on foot, there are many paths for short or long excursions, the owner can provide maps and GPS tracks.
