Located in the olive grove hills a few kilometres above Torrox village, which boasts the best climate in Europe according to meteorological studies, with over 300 sunny days per year. A 25 minute picturesque drive to the sea puts this villa in the perfect location to enjoy tranquility and privacy in nature, while also having access to nearby bustling coastal towns and tourist hubs. Inland there are epic hiking trails and also guided tours available. Please note that the access is a mountain road which is unpaved in some parts.
Fully refurbished and upgraded in 2019, with a large covered outside kitchen and dining area, featuring a mason grill and a traditional wood burning, stone pizza oven. The villa features 3 full size double bedrooms with 3 bathrooms in the main building, plus an autonomous studio apartment with its own kitchen and bathroom, which sleeps up to four with folding bunkbeds and a retracting sofabed. The apartment also has its own breakfast terrace. In the main building there is a large open plan kitchen, dining and living space with a breakfast bar and fireplace. The kitchen has modern, high end appliances including automatic ice maker and dish washer. Outside is the terrace with 180 degree panoramic views to the mountains and sea. The pool has easy access by steps (rather than a ladder), convenient for seniors and kids. There is private parking available at the villa and free broadband Internet connection. Kids of all ages are welcome, for our youngest guests we provide high chairs and play pens at no extra cost. There is also a TV and DVD player, with some 100+ movies (lots of Disney and various Hollywood classics).
There are countless activities to do and places to visit in this area, along with a broad culinary offering. We will gladly provide you with some insider tips, if you want. For anything else you need, or any question you may have, don't hesitate to contact us!
This villa is somewhat unique in that it lies quite secluded, but is also part of a larger family estate, meaning there is a full time professional groundskeeper 6 days a week and your hosts live minutes away. So you can enjoy the rural location with some peace of mind, we of course always respect your privacy, but you are never alone here.
