This only recently in 2019 refurbished holiday villa is in a complex with a total of three villas. It is located in Paralion Astros, only approximately 450 meters away from the beach (about a 6-minute walk). Featuring a garden, an outdoor pool and sea views, the villa has mountain views and is 16.1 km from Nafplio. Enjoy the panoramic views surrounded by nature on large terraces and relax by the pool, or walk amongst a garden with beautiful plants: The green garden with olive trees, palm trees and flowers provides an environment away from the stress of the city.
At the entrance there is a terrace. Guests are allowed to harvest the fruits and vegetables from the garden. They can also use the communal illuminated swimming pool and barbecue.
The luxurious stone villa features a living space of 72 sqm on a 4000 sqm plot of land with a community pool in the center. It is perfect for five adults plus one child. The villa spreads across two floors. On the first floor there are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with a single bed and a guest toilet and a balcony. On the ground floor there is a third bedroom with a double bed. The living room is furnished with a sofa which can be folded out into a bed for a child. The fully equipped kitchen is complete with dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and a pull-out sofa which is suitable for children. There is a bathroom with a bath tub.
The Glyfada Villas consists of four| luxurious stone villas 74 sqm on a 4000 sqm plot and equipped in the center of them a community pool. This property is a 6-minute walk from the beach.
In about 2 km there is a disco and a beach bar. In Paralia Astros there are many taverns, shops, bakers, butchers and a wonderful harbor. Astros is the next village - where there is everything you need. Lidl there are 30 km in Nafplio or Argos! Visit Nafplio necessarily also about 30 km away. A great city. Paralio Astros is a dream place, white houses - no high rise hotels, no built-up beach. A port, many taverns right on the beach. Visit one of the warmest and most beautiful beaches in Greece.
