Bright, modern villa with heated pool in Provence, 10 km from Avignon Located in Tavel, a small Gard village renowned for its rosé wine in the heart of the Tavel, Lirac and Chùteauneuf du Pape vineyards. Just 10 km from Avignon, the Pont du Gard and Orange. It's the ideal base for exploring Provence (Les Baux de Provence, Saint Rémy de Provence, Le Lubéron) and the many other tourist attractions in the region: DrÎme provençale, UzÚs, Vallée de la CÚze, la Camargue, les Calanques de Cassis .... The villa is in a quiet, pleasant residential area, at the end of a cul-de-sac. It is a 5-minute walk from the village centre and a few minutes from footpaths and cycle paths. Dogs are allowed and the garden is fully fenced.
