The apartment complex is located in the quiet village of Utjeha, 12 km from the port of Bar in the direction of Ulcinj.
About 150 meters from the hotel there is a private pebble beach Paljuškov Pijesak, which belongs to the apartment complex. On this beach you can use sun loungers and parasols for free. You can also order something to eat and drink here. About 500 meters from the hotel there is a larger beach, Uvala Maslina. This beach has many terraces and restaurants.
