City of Grove VRH tillåter 15-202. Nyligen uppdaterade, mysig och trevlig 5 sovrum 4. 5 badrum lakefront hem. Denna vackra hem är på ett stort parti med parkering för 5-6 bilar. Perfekt stor gård för familjen spel av volleyboll och badminton med en mjuk sluttning i vattnet. Basketkorg och utomhus bordtennisbord ingår för gästerna. Massiva däck område utanför köket med picknickbord och separat sittutrymme med vacker utsikt över sjön. Det finns en grill finns på nedre terrassen. Mittemot den nedre terrassen är ett skjul för att lagra alla dina vatten leksaker och fiskeredskap. Enkel åtkomst tände båt docka med fisk rengöring station och en slip tillgänglig för alla hyresgäster, andra slip finns med tidigare överenskommelser. Simma docka med stege och knapar att fästa en extra båt eller jet ski.
Tänk dig själv in från den expansiva däck genom dubbla glasdörrar till ett stort vardagsrum med välvt tak och stora fönster runt om. Det finns gott om plats för dig och din familj eller vänner att njuta av en filmkväll på en Smart TV (DVD-bibliotek finns) eller bara en tillfällig kväll framför den öppna spisen. Matsalen plats lätt 12, med ytterligare sittplatser i frukostplats. Underbara kök med granit och alla nödvändiga bekvämligheter, inklusive rätter och grytor. Skafferiet området ger ytterligare förvaring av livsmedel. Bekväm halv badet ligger utanför övervåningen hallen. Det finns också en inbjudande sovrum med en stor säng och en stor 3/4 bad och privata däck. Förutom sovrummet finns en mysig svit ovanför garaget tvärs över en täckt Breezeway. Det finns en drottning säng och en dubbel storlek dagbädd samt ett badrum. Det är en perfekt plats för någon som är ute efter en lite lugn tid.
Huvudet ner till en annan familj rum med en tv underhållning och biljardbord. Nedre våningen hittar du ytterligare 3 sovrum, var och en med sin egen unika inredning. Samt 2 badrum. Off av vardagsrummet finns en stor tvättstuga med helt nya, multifunktionella tvättmaskin och torktumlare, och ett extra kylskåp.
Vårt hem är 5-10 minuter från Super Wal-Mart och alla andra bekvämligheter som erbjuds i Grove. Inklusive Sports Center på Main street, flera restauranger, butiker sprit, bensinstationer, marinor och livsmedelsbutiker. Det är verkligen ett idealiskt läge både vatten och med bil.

Annual Lake trip 2024

Great home to rent! Close to the water and boat ramp. Lots of room for all renters. This is our 2nd time to rent, and we will rent again. You won't be disappointed.

Great house!!

This house was great for our family vacation! We had more than enough room for our family of 14. The dock was perfect for the kids of all ages for swimming and fishing. The owners were great to work with and very accommodating, will definitely be staying again!

Family Lake Trip

This place was awesome. There was plenty of room and the house was stocked with everything we could possibly need. We really enjoyed having access to the boat dock to keep our boat. The location is excellent, close to town but also located in a small cove that was quiet.

2023 Family Vacation

We had another great stay! The whole family loved swimming and fishing on the dock and then movies and dinner in the evenings. The host was great to work with and answered our emails within minutes which we were so appreciative of! The house was clean and stocked with everything we needed and forgot, will definitely be booking again!

Great stay for a family lake weekend!

My family and I had a great time at this rental! There were nine of us total (adult siblings and spouses along with our mom :)) and there was a TON of room for all of us. The kitchen had literally everything we needed for meals. The lake and dock area were great for swimming. We will definitely be returning!

Grove Grand Lake Great time

Property was perfect. 5 clean comfortable bedrooms. PLENTY of room for 10 of us. Great outdoor space and decks were perfect. Boat ramp and boat slip right there. So convenient. Great communication with Tracy. EVERYTHING was as advertised. Beautiful area. Close to town. We will be staying there again as we come to Grand lake annually!!

Lakeside Getaway

Great place for family gathering. All the kitchen ware really made preparing thanksgiving meals for the entire family easy. Very well stocked. Lots of parking. Nice dock to sit and relax (too cold to boat). Plenty of room for the whole family. Separate living rooms let kids play and adults hear themselves.

Great Family getaway!!

We had a great time! Family form 2 states and ages ranging from 9 - 89! The house was clean and spacious! We all enjoyed the dock and swam and played all day! Rented a tri-toon boat and tubed and had a great time! I would highly recommend this house!

We had a great time and the house had everything we needed!! Loved it!

Our family consisted of 7 adults and 5 children ages 16 months through 12 years old and the house was great , it had everything we needed and plenty of room .We stayed for 3 nights for a family getaway. The pool table was a big hit and we all enjoyed fishing and swimming off the dock. We went into Grove and ate at a Mexican restaurant, Ranchero Viejo, the food was great and the service was excellent! We definitely plan on coming back and staying here again!!!

What a great place! The pictures don’t do it. We had 12 adults staying. We had plenty of space to spread out. The kitchen had everything we needed. The house was clean & well stocked! We loved this place & will be back!!!

Fantastic lakeside home for the family!

The house was just perfect for our long family weekend. There were 11 of us and we had plenty of room to spread out and the large dining room table was great so we could all eat together. Very nice deck area with plenty of seating. Our only suggestion to make this better was a little more lighting on the deck for cards and games. Very well stocked! We would stay again!

Spacious comfortable home!

We stayed here while attending a nearby family reunion. It was spacious and comfortable. It is very well equipped with everything one could want for cooking, even two crockpots! Our favorite spot was the upstairs deck! We hung out there on the deck most of the time visiting with family. One should know, though, that you can’t avoid stairs here. The kitchen & living room is upstairs.

Great Vacation

Absolutely loved this property. We took our 3 grown children, their spouses and 2 grand-kids. The house was the prefect size, the living areas worked out great for this large of a group and the house had everything you needed and more. The decks were incredible, and gave the prefect place to either eat outdoors, or just sit out there and enjoy a cup of coffee while enjoying the view of the lake. We have rented several other properties in the past and this one was certainly our favorite. The kitchen was well stocked, had a great grill for cooking outside and even has a pool table, table tennis table and a dock. We enjoyed it so, much that we are already planning our trip back next year.

Family Gathering

We loved our stay! The house was beautifully decorated and had all the comforts of home. My daughter-in-law was especially grateful for the basket of items labeled "in case you forgot something". The room above the garage was perfect for my daughter and her family....especially since she had a two year old who gets up at the crack of dawn. The house had plenty of room and was set up so everyone could be together but still have privacy when we needed it. The owner was very responsive and easy to work with. Our family would highly recommend this vacation home to any family or large group.

Perfect house for our family reunion

We chose this area in March as a halfway point for spring break our family from Wisconsin and Texas. The house was perfect for a week with our family of 8 adults and 6 kids but unfortunately the weather and fishing didn't cooperate with our plans. We enjoyed the area but we probably won't be back during March if we return. The location would be ideal during summer though. The house literally had everything we needed, including a toddler seat for the kitchen table! We loved the amount of space in the living room and how big the kitchen table was. Overall, we highly recommend this house.

Fantastic Lake Trip

This lake house is awesome, and our group had a wonderful time! Tania is extremely accommodating, and the house has every amenity you could ever need. We had a group of 6 adults and 8 young children, and there was more than enough room for everyone. Because of Covid, we ate all our meals at the house, and the large patio with picnic tables were the perfect place to eat and relax after a fun day on the water. The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking, and the pool table, games, and movies kept the kids entertained at night. The dock is easily accessible, and it was nice to have the ramp so close. Parking was not an issue, and the neighbors are friendly. I would definitely recommend this home, and we are already making plans to return next summer!

wonderful, roomy, and very convenient home!

My whole family loved your home! We had 14 adults and 1 child and we all had plenty of space to sleep and get away from the action if we wanted. The convenience of the boat ramp being right out the front door was priceless, as well as being able to park the boat trailer and truck right there at the house. We enjoyed the large deck- as we held exercise classes each morning! The closeness of the dock was also great--easy for my 84 year old mother to walk down to watch the family play in the water or go for a boat ride. We also loved the ping pong table and the large back yard to play horseshoes. The convenience of being only 5 min from town also a huge plus! The well stocked kitchen made it really easy to cook our meals. We all had a wonderful time and can't wait to come back!

Wonderful family vacation!

We were at Grand Lake with my whole family to celebrate my parent's 50th Anniversary. This house was absolutely perfect for a big family that ranged from ages 66 to 2 years old. It had everything you can imagine and we didn't have to run to grab anything like we normally do when we travel. The little basket of "in case you forgot" items was perfect because of course we always have somethings we forget. The owners thought of everything and the kitchen is complete with everything you may need. Whenever we had a question before we left (which we had a lot because my dad is a little OCD) they were quick to respond and were very helpful. I would recommend this beautiful home in a quite cove to anyone!! Thank you for making our stay so memorable!!!!! BTW, the lake is also absolutely gorgeous.

Great Family Time

We enjoyed a relaxing family vacation at this lovely home. There were 9 adults and 2 toddlers with ample room for all of us with the 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. It was great that it was located so close to the water with no steep incline. There was a nice yard so we could set up the croquet and badminton games we'd brought with us. The owner was very prompt to respond to email inquiries and we would gladly recommend the property to others. Having Walmart within a few minutes drive was very handy. My family is pretty content to stay at home in the evenings to cook meals together and play board games or read. (When toddlers go to bed early, there is not much chance to go out at night.) We did try the Lazy Parrot restaurant one night on the owner's recommendation and it was very good. We rented a pontoon boat one day and jet skis on another from the nearby marina. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!
