The detached house, 100 m2 of living space, has a first floor and a ground floor. The bedrooms are on the first floor: 1 large master bedroom with a sea and nature view of 25 m2 with a cosy sitting area, a reading area and 2 dressing rooms for the lady and the gentleman, a queen-size bed measuring 1.60 metres by 2.00 metres + 1 double bed on request -The other bedroom has 2 beds measuring 0.90 metres x 1.90 metres + sea view -A children's playroom with television and sea view -1 room with individual wc -1 room with shower cubicle, The ground floor has a surface area of approximately 25 m2 and comprises on one side -a modern kitchen area: induction hob, large oven, fridge, extractor fan, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine ... the dining area - the lounge area with flat-screen TV, CD player, wifi, hi-fi, wood-burning stove, 1 3-seater sofa.
