Located in a hamlet of 10 pretty houses, this family home, nestled in an orchard, offers peace and relaxation (bocce ball court, ping-pong table), and is ideally located in the PĂ©rigord region, between several beautiful French villages, the Dordogne and its freshness, several lakes and ponds, festivals, and local markets.
Ideal for a family or a get-together with friends.
Beautiful hiking trails, and the proximity of Brive-la-Gaillarde for a more urban and festive lifestyle.
A proven gastronomy: duck breast, foie gras, beef, lamb, and of course chestnuts, walnuts, mushrooms...
The house offers three bedrooms, one of which is an extension of the living room but with a dividing wall (like a loft) for privacy and the possibility of enjoying a fireplace in a wood-burning stove (a double bed).
A double bedroom (a double bed) with its private bathroom and a children's bedroom with two single beds.
A large living space with a kitchen, dining room, and living room, not to mention a terrace with a plancha grill.
