A contemporary holiday home on the edge of the sea in Bahia Dorada The Bahia Dorada complex is located on the western side of the municipality of Estepona, about 4 km from the town and about 5 km from the marina.

The terrace has a BIOSUN pergola with remote control and is equipped with terrace furniture. It offers not only sea views, but also sea views of the bay of Estepona. From the terrace, stairs lead to a small private garden of 50m2, which offers direct access to the sea promenade, where you can enjoy views of the African coast and Gibraltar. The garden with east/south and west orientation, is equipped with three sunbeds to enjoy the sun all day long. ACCESS TO THE HOUSE The house, is on the first line from the sea and can be reached by stairs from the car park in Bahia Dorada IV. If guests wish to avoid stairs, they should park in the parking area of Bahia Dorada Phase V to reach the house via the sea promenade. The property's location is quiet, with no traffic noise.
