A contemporary holiday home on the edge of the sea in Bahia Dorada The Bahia Dorada complex is located on the western side of the municipality of Estepona, about 4 km from the town and about 5 km from the marina.

The urbanisation has a total area of 240,130 square metres, the population density there does not exceed 70 inhabitants per hectare and has at least 20% of public green areas on the total area. Access to the houses is only possible thanks to pedestrian paths. Collective spaces are scattered throughout, with large gardens and a total of six municipal swimming pools and two tennis courts. Unlike the general housing model on the Costa del Sol, the parking areas are completely separated from the residential area. The urbanisation offers several parking areas close to the motorway. Bahia Dorada comprises a wide variety of homes that form a picture of great beauty. Architecturally, Mediterranean and contemporary building styles merge.

This semi-detached house comprises 3 bedrooms and 2 ½ bathrooms. The bright and warm contemporary coastal style transports you straight to the sea and the beach. Light can be the main feature and white and blue are the distinctive colours of the interior. The house has been designed to maintain clear views and sightlines. The house extends over three floors. Visitors enter in the middle, where they find an entrance hall, two bedrooms, one of which has a fully fitted bathroom, and the guest toilet. The top floor has the living room with open kitchen, dining area and the terrace with frontal sea views. The third bedroom with separate shower room, walk-in wardrobe and separate office with sea views is on the lower floor. THE BEDROOMS Bedroom 1: has an en suite bathroom with sea views, shower, bath, washbasin and toilet. Bed size: 160x200cm. Bedroom 2: contains a separate area with washbasin. Two beds with size 80x200cm. Bedroom 3: offers a separate bathroom with shower, sink and toilet; A walk-in wardrobe. Two beds of size 90x200cm. This part of the house also has a separate office area with a desk, TV and a sofa bed. In fact, this is a 4th bedroom that could accommodate a 7th guest. This room also offers sea views. THE LIVING ROOM The living room has a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, living area with TV, and a dining area. The sliding doors lead to a terrace with breathtaking sea views. The terrace has a BIOSUN pergola with remote control and is equipped with terrace furniture. It offers not only sea views, but also sea views of the bay of Estepona. From the terrace, stairs lead to a small private garden of 50m2, which offers direct access to the sea promenade, where you can enjoy views of the African coast and Gibraltar. The garden with east/south and west orientation, is equipped with three sunbeds to enjoy the sun all day long. FEATURES Furthermore, the house has a separate guest toilet, is fully air-conditioned with hot and cold air, has built-in wardrobes in each bedroom, a separate laundry room, access to WI-FI and international TV channels. The property was completely renovated in 2017. We wanted the place to be relaxing, inviting and functional at the same time, combining indoor and outdoor living. ACCESS TO THE HOUSE The house, is on the first line from the sea and can be reached by stairs from the car park in Bahia Dorada IV. If guests wish to avoid stairs, they should park in the parking area of Bahia Dorada Phase V to reach the house via the sea promenade. SECURITY FEATURES: Smoke detectors, fire extinguisher, emergency kit, safety instructions sheet, safe, alarm, automatic shutters on all windows, main entrance with security lock. HOUSE RULES No smoking allowed inside . Pets are not allowed. Check-in time is from 4 am. Check-out time is at 11am at the latest.

Various day trips can be organised from Bahia Dorada. Many sights and cities, such as Estepona, Casares, Sotogrande, Marbella, Gibraltar etc..., are not far away. The property's location is quiet, with no traffic noise. This is an ideal holiday home for a family with children, for people who want to practice water sports, for all those who feel the need to get away from the hectic everyday life, for writers, painters ... There are many beaches near Bahia Dorada, such as: Playa La Galera at 0.94 km / Playa Arroyo Vaquero at 1.71 km / Playa nudista in Costa Natura / Playa Ancha in Casares (at 2.90 km) / Playa El Cristo in Estepona at 6.2 km ... It is very close to Estepona and Sabanillas for all those who want to go shopping, banking, visit good restaurants, walk in and around the beautiful old town of Estepona ... A 5-minute drive from the urbanisation are large and excellent supermarkets. Beautiful excursions can be made to white mountain villages such as Casares and Gaucin, to Gibraltar, Tarifa ... There are several golf courses a short drive from Bahia Dorada. The nearest is Estepona Golf, just a 10-minute drive away.
