This luxuriously furnished villa is located in the center of the island of Krk, in the village of Garica. The total area is 150 m2. On the ground floor there is a living room, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and a toilet. Upstairs there are three bedrooms each with private bathroom, air conditioning and TV.
In the garden of the villa is a 40 m2 pool, and next to the pool there is a barbecue and a terrace.
A shop with fresh ingredients is only 800 meters away and the sandy beach is 6 km from the villa.
The neighboring town is the town of Vrbnik, one of the most famous wine regions in this part of Croatia, with excellent wines and gastronomy, restaurants, tavernas, beaches and historical monuments.
The place Garica is ideal to explore the whole island of Krk, which is rich in attractions, beaches and historical monuments.
The island of Krk is the largest island on the Adriatic, and is full of attractions that will take your attention, only 5-15 minutes by car to all locations. Highway and airport are also nearby. Krk town has beautiful old churches, ancient city walls, towers and the remains of ancient Romans. The city of Vrbnik is known for its vineyards and excellent wines, Punat with the largest marina on the Adriatic and island KoĆĄljun with the famous Franciscan monastery with a museum. Baska has one of the largest sandy beaches and an aquarium, bay Soline with healthy mud and Biserujka cave. In all these places there are many restaurants where you can taste fresh fish, wine and other specialties. You can swim with dolphins, make a trip with fishing or tourist boats or even with a submarine (the city of Krk) .
