On the mezzanine floor is a second bathroom with sink, toilet and shower. The first floor is dominated by a spacious dining room with living room and exit to the balcony with a beautiful panoramic view of the entire bay. In the extension of the dining room there is a kitchen area with a fully equipped kitchen and access to a side balcony. The landlord lives in one part of the property while renting out another part of the property.
