In the outside area there is a covered terrace equipped with table and chairs for the enjoyment of your outdoor dinners. A charcoal barbecue completes the facilities. Furthermore, next to the porch there is a swimming pool of 8 meters x 4 meters with roman steps and sunbeds for 4 people. The swimming pool is integrated in a garden area, with lawn and native plants. The property is completely fenced and closed by a barrier. It has a covered porch to park 2 cars outside.
The house is built in rustic Majorcan style, with white walls and tiled floor. It consists of a living and dining area in the back an open kitchen. The living room is equipped with sofas and satellite TV, as well as a dining area with table and chairs for 4 people. The kitchen has all the basic utensils, as well as microwave, fridge, dishwasher, oven, induction cooker.
The washing machine is located in an adjoining room outside. The two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, both have large fitted wardrobes. The bathroom is located between the bedrooms, fully equipped with bathtub, washbasin, WC and bidet, and has a hairdryer. The villa has an Internet connection via wifi.
