The apartament is located in the renowned centre of Santa Teresa, inside the Residence I Mirti Bianchi, in a quiet position at just a few minutes walk from the beautiful Rena Bianca beach and the town centre.
The apartment is set inside the Residence I Mirti Bianchi (located in via Tibula 28), in the well-known centre of Santa Teresa Gallura, a small town by the sea, known for its lively atmosphere among aperitifs, sunset walks and live music. The Residence is located in a quiet position and just a few minutes walk from the beautiful Rena Bianca beach, a long stretch of dazzling fine sand and clear blue water, which has been awarded with the "Blue flag" several times.
The apartment is equipped with: TV, microwave, pots and pans, crockery and cutlery, iron and ironing board, bathroom with shower, hairdryer, air conditioning, WI-FI (subject to limitations), balcony or patio equipped with table and chairs. Moreover, inside the apartament you will find a beach umbrella that you can bring with you on the beach.The one bedroom apartment consists of a living room with sofa, kitchenette with induction hob, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.The residence has a lift that links the apartments and the internal garage. Guests will also find a shared washing machine and a dryer; a terrace with relax area and fitness corner; a new heated swimming pool, suitable for adults and children, and equipped with umbrellas and sun beds.
The Residence is about 800 metres from the beach of Rena Bianca, where you will find beach umbrellas and sun loungers rentals, diving centres, bars and restaurants offering panoramic views of the Bocche di Bonifacio.From the modern marina you can also take a ferry and reach the near Corsica and the wonderful archipelago of La Maddalena Island.
Our reception office is open every day from 9 am to 1 pm and from 5 pm to 8 pm.Check-in is available every day from 17:00 to 20:00. Check-out (on the day of your departure) is scheduled before 10:00 am. Arrivals after 8 p.m. must be communicated in advance to the property: our receptionists will give you the code for the Key Box, to allow you to collect the apartment keys. In case of non-communication the check-in cannot be not guaranteed and an extra supplement might be charged. Guest's telephone number is also required in case of arrivals after 8.00 p.m.
