It is located in the Balcón de Válor Rural complex in the heart of the region of La Alpujarra and within the Sierra Nevada Natural Park. The complex is made up of 9 rural houses for 2, 4, 6 or 8 people and is located on a 10000 m2 estate on the edge of the village, in the region of La Alpujarra and within the Sierra Nevada Natural Park. The complex is laid out like a traditional Alpujarra neighbourhood. It has wonderful views over the village and the region, swimming pool (open only in summer, check exact dates), barbecues, children's playground, large garden areas and parking.
Cosy house with three bedrooms, sleeps six (extendable up to 8 with extra beds, with additional cost), built on one floor. The house is accessed through a porch covered by a vine, from which there are magnificent views of the Sierras de la Contraviesa and Gádor and the Ugíjar Valley. Inside, we find an entrance hall that leads to 3 double bedrooms, one of them with a double bed and two with two beds of 90 cm each, a complete bathroom and a living room with fireplace and kitchen. The double bedroom has a large and charming bathroom with jacuzzi. It is beautifully decorated and fully equipped: fireplace, heating, air conditioning, bed linen, towels, kitchen equipment with a 4-burner hob, fridge with freezer, extractor hood, coffee maker, toaster, blender, cooking utensils, complete kitchenware, barbecue, TV, DVD, free Wi-Fi, terrace furniture.
It has a nice porch outside, covered by a vine and with barbecue. It has a table and chairs. In the common areas there is a swimming pool (14x7 m), garden areas and children's playground.
