A 15-20 minute walk (approximately 1.2 km) takes you to the center of the village of Gaiole in Chianti. There, you'll find bars that are always open as well as many restaurants serving delicious traditional Tuscan dishes, such as the famous ribollita or crostini neri. The village has two large grocery stores where you can buy excellent food. The village butcher is one of the most renowned in Tuscany.

As the house is built on a sloping plot of land, both the first floor and the ground floor have an entrance. A terrace overlooks the Chianti hills, equipped with a table and two sun loungers. The hot tub in the garden offers an alternative to the usual small pool in this type of house. It ensures relaxing moments of pleasure with a view of the valley. The private pool has a diameter of 5 metres and is for the exclusive use of guests.
On the first floor are the kitchen, a sitting room, living room and bathroom. The first floor measures about 60 square metres, the ground floor about 40 square metres. The large living room overlooks a wonderful landscape of vineyards and woods. The bright kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances to facilitate work. The living room is very comfortable spacious and bright. The modern bathroom is equipped with a comfortable shower stall (80 x 110 cm), washbasin, WC and bidet. The two bedrooms are accessed via a convenient spiral staircase: one with two single beds and the other with a double bed.
