Modern country house with swimming pool and garden. This villa is set in a private garden (1600 mÂČ) with a swimming pool (5.5 m x 11 m) on the edge of a quiet Istrian village. It offers a view of the forest.
Easy to reach by car both the unspoilt coastline of the bay of Rasa (Tunarica and Trget beaches) and the lively resort of Rabac.
1600 mÂČ private garden with authentic Mediterranean plants. Private infinity pool (5.5 m x 11 m). Sun loungers and parasols by the pool. Convertible terrace with dining table. Two parking spaces, one of which is covered. Weber barbecue.
