Happy Cape 8 - Villa with direct Gulf Access

Welcome to our new Villa in our Portfolio.

Here you will find a relaxing atmosphere to get away from the stress of everyday life and enjoy the unspoiled nature of Florida. The villa is located in a very well-kept and quiet neighborhood, on a wide canal with access to the Gulf of Mexico.

In this vacation home you will find enough space for up to 6 people. The bedrooms are equipped with one kingsize and one queen sizebed, in the third bedroom there are two single beds. Each of the bedrooms has its own bathroom. The master bathroom has two sinks, a ground level shower and a tub.

The fully equipped modern kitchen provides ample space to prepare a delicious meal for family or friends. The spacious dining bar offers the opportunity for a quick breakfast or snack. The living room is bright and modernly furnished, here you can spend cozy evenings watching TV with family or friends. From the living room you can access the west-facing terrace, where a gas grill is ready for you. Here you will especially enjoy the juicy steak. The heated saltwater pool and hot tub, which can be heated electrically and with solar, leaves nothing to be desired. Here you can relax comfortably on the provided sun loungers and leave everyday life behind.

The boat dock with boat lift is an ideal place for fishing. The boat lift can be used if necessary. A couple of really nice golf courses can be found within 20 minutes by car. The perfect vacation villa for those who like to play golf.

Smoking is not allowed in this villa.
Out of consideration for guests with allergies, pets are not allowed. No exception.

On site you will be taken care of by our property management.

Electricity is not included in the rental price and will be charged according to consumption and collected on site at check-out.

We provide our guests with a small starter pack when they move in. However, we expressly point out that we generally do not provide garbage bags, toilet paper, dishwasher tabs, kitchen roll, soap or similar consumables, for the duration of the stay.
