The holiday flat is located in a detached single-family house and is furnished in a typical regional style and in a functional manner. The property is also popular because of the view from the grounds of the panorama and its quiet, sunny location. For your exclusive use are: terrace and garden furniture.

Umag. The holiday apartement is located on a enclosed plot with flowers and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking is available on the street in front of the house.

Shopping 150 m, restaurant 250 m, town centre 400 m. Railway station in Koper 30 km. Airport at Pula Airport 80 km. Umag: pharmacy, bank each 400 m. Doctor 500 m. Childrenâs playground 100 m. In summer: Adriatic beach / Villa Rita beach / Punta beach 800 m in Punta (beach 950 m in Villa Rita with lawn, sand, pebbles, rocks and bathing platforms). Golf in Crveni Vrh 7.5 km. Katoro: mini-golf 3 km and dog beach, horse riding each 3.5 km. Fishing, diving each 800 m in Punta. Tennis in Stella Maris 1100 m.

Bathroom (3 sqm) with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer and window.
