Loved it!

It was clean, comfortable, had a great location close to the U train; a food market just around the corner where we got breakfast buns and stuff. Super quiet location and a great neighbourhood. We ate breakfast on the patio and watched people begin their days and drank beer at night and watched them end their days. I scored location a 4 only because right on Unter den Linden would have been a 5for me. But really the location of Gunnar’s place is great!

Wir haben die schöne, gut ausgestattete, zentral zur "Alten Stadtmitte" gelegene Wohnung fĂŒr unseren Aufenthalt genutzt. Check-in und check-out waren eindeutig beschrieben. Das Wohnquartier war sehr ruhig und unaufgeregt. FĂŒr unsere Unternehmungen konnten wir die Stadt und den ÖPNV zu Fuß gut erreichen. Die Versorgung fĂŒr den tĂ€glichen Bedarf im Wohnquartier war super. Sehr angenehm und sehr zu empfehlen.

A wonderful stay in a cozy Berlin apartment

I had a wonderful 11 day stay in this apartment. It was super clean, and everything that I needed was there. The apartment was quiet, and in a quiet neighborhood, but it was also very close to three different U-Bahn stations, so it made getting around Berlin very easy. And the wonderful Ku'damm area is close by. I would definitely recommend!

Ein GlĂŒcksgriff!

Diese Wohnung war fĂŒr uns der perfekte RĂŒckzugsort. Die Lage ist zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Auf dem Sofa und im Bett lĂ€sst es sich gut schlafen. Die ToilettenspĂŒlung kann nachts Tote wecken, aber das rechtfertigt keinen Punktabzug. Der kontaktlose Check-in und Check-out lief problemlos. Die Gastgeber sind gut erreichbar, freundlich und hilfsbereit gewesen. Wir buchen bei unserer nĂ€chsten Berlinreise gerne wieder dort.

Prima Tage in Berlin

Wir hatten eine prima Zeit, gutes Wetter, klasse FĂŒhrungen bei Secret Tours und durch Regierungsviertel samt Reichstag und -kuppel. Gunnars Wohnung, ruhig gelegen und doch zentral, bietet einen prima Ausgangspunkt fĂŒr Unternehmungen in alle Richtungen Berlins.

Die Wohnung, der Vermieter und wir haben nicht zusammen gepasst

GlĂŒcklicherweise fand auch der Vermieter, daß wir nicht passend waren. Er empfand uns, wegen meiner RĂŒckfragen und den Klagen meines Mannes, als Stress-Mieter. Die Kommentare des Vermieters waren in der Regel unprofessionell und unangebracht. Er schrieb, wir sollen sofort ausziehen und wĂŒrden unser Geld zurĂŒck bekommen. Nach 2 NĂ€chten zogen wir in ein Appartementhotel und der Urlaub war gerettet.

Berlin-our favorite city

First- the location is very convenient to transportation and in a good area. The apartment was ready for us. Having stayed there last year we were set up and out into the city very quickly. The WIFI is very good. The owner has made upgrades that made it more comfortable; bed, couch, etc. All in all...a very satisfactory base for the 30 days we were there. We look forward to staying there again on future visits.

Perfect Base for Exploring Berlin

Clean, quiet and conveniently located near public transportation, good restaurants and grocery shopping. We very much enjoyed our stay and would certainly stay here again. From here one can easily get to Tiergarten, Brandenburg Gate and other attractions. It is within walking distance of many fine restaurants. Thanks so much!

Schöne Wohnung in zentraler ruhiger Lage

Wir haben unseren Berlin-Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Zu Fuß ist am schnell am Kudamm und die U-Bahn-Station ist auch nicht weit. In der NĂ€he gibt es SupermĂ€rkte, Cafes und gute Restaurants.

Zentrale, schöne Wohnung - idealer Ausgangspunkt fĂŒr Berlin-Erkundungen

Wir hatten vier tolle Tage in Berlin. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Die Parkplatzsituation ist grundsĂ€tzlich sehr gut in dem Viertel. Leider muss ohne Anwohnerparkausweis ein Parkticket fĂŒr 10 Euro pro Tag gelöst werden. Ist aber okay! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt und werden beim nĂ€chsten Berlin-Besuch gerne wieder diese Ferienwohnung anmieten.

The home is just perfect for a Berlin vacation. The best location for the Ubahn, very nice bakeries & restaurants. The KaDeWe is a few short blocks away and the always fabulous KurfĂŒrstendamm too! Our host was so accommodating and thought of everything! Till next year!

HĂ€lt was das Inserat verspricht

Wir hatten schöne Tage in Berlin und kamen immer wieder gerne in die Wohnung zurĂŒck. Es ist alles da was man braucht, die KĂŒche erfreulich gut ausgestattet. Die Wohnung ist gemĂŒtlich, hat ein gutes bequemes großes Bett und ein ebenso gutes leicht zu handhabendes Schlafsofa. Der Self-Check-In war gut erklĂ€rt und leicht auszufĂŒhren, und der Kontakt zu Gunnar insgesamt lief ausgezeichnet gut, leicht und zuvorkommend. Die ruhige Lage in und um die Wohnung herum ist prima uind war nach einem langen Berlin-Tag wohltuend. Der ÖPNV ist in nur wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Convenience and Everything we needed

Getting the key to the apartment was very easy. The property is convenient to grocery shopping and the Berlin transportation system (BVG). We were here 45 nights and had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. We would certainly consider staying here next time we are in Berlin.

Awsome location and host

The property owner was very nice and had everything laid out and ready. The location is the best part yet. Most tourist locations are within walking distance and with public transportation nearby the farther locations weren't a problem either. There were also many great restraunts and activities nearby especially the Lebanese restraunt next door and a market next door too which is very convenient. Would love to come back here if I came back to Berlin

simply perfect

The apartment was exactly what I was looking for: nothing too fancy, but everything I needed, and at a great price. Although the host was not in town during my stay, he was always easy to reach. When a random plumbing problem required a service call from the utility company, the host quickly took care of things and even refunded two days from the reservation for the inconvenience. The host arranged for an associate to greet me upon my arrival and let me into the apartment. The associate went above and beyond the call of duty, performing this service three more times as I repeatedly locked myself out during my month-long stay. Thankfully he lives nearby. The apartment itself was immaculate with every provision one might need. It's a ground floor apartment (well, there are a couple of steps at the building's entryway) with a balcony (almost like a porch since it is a ground floor apartment.) The neighborhood is quiet. A small grocery store is right around the corner. There are two U-Bahn stations a couple of blocks away, and KaDeWe, Berlin's high-end shopping mecca, is only a few steps farther. All in all, it's a solid choice at a reasonable price.

A cosy, quiet accommodation in the central

The apartment was great in below; - All clean without any moulds, stinks, or any bugs - Quiet in the resident area - A small supermarket (small EDEKA) in 1 minute walk - KaDeWe, a big department store is in 10 minute walk The owner was friendly and I really recommend this place for your visit to Berlin.

Lovely place and great location!

My wife and I loved our time at Gunnar's flat! Check-in was fast and Gunnar was very responsive to any questions we had. The entire place was clean and had everything you need for a short stay. The location is within walking distance of a lot of shops, bars, and winter markets. Would definitely stay there again!
