"Fantastisk Grace" stuga i Rosemary Beach w / privat pool

Detta hus i Rosemary har nyligen renoverats med ny färg och alla nya möbler. Det ligger på en av de största tomterna i Rosemary med en ny privat, uppvärmd pool, utomhus täckt bakre veranda med öppen spis med tv ovanför, utomhuskök, carport och stor parkeringsplats. Alla sovrum har kungssängar. Vardagsrum, kök, gäst sovrum och badrum är nere. Sovrum, ytterligare gäst sovrum och våningssäng rum är på övervåningen. Franska dörrar öppnas från vardagsrummet mot de underbara uteserveringarna. Det finns också en skärmad veranda från vardagsrummet med ett bord för sex och picknickbord för barnen. Rosemary Beach Fitness Center och Sky Pool inomhus ligger precis utanför vår ytterdörr. Tenniscentret med åtta lerbanor ligger precis utanför vår bakdörr. Dessa är alla privata faciliteter, men gästerna kan använda dem mot en gästavgift. Den magnifika stranden ligger bara en kort promenad bort. Allt du behöver för din resa till stranden ligger bara några steg från vårt hus! Vi drogs till detta hus på grund av att det är dubbelt mycket och de utomhusmöjligheter som det gav. Uteserveringen är där alla vill spendera det mesta av tiden. Ät, simma, titta på tv eller koppla av vid spisen utomhus. Vår stora uppfart är gated och erbjuder parkering för flera bilar, så ingen gatuparkering behövs. Småbarn kan säkert spela, skoter eller cykla på uppfarten.

Incredible home in Rosemary

We stayed here with our 4 adult children and had an amazing time, the outdoor space is wonderful and so spacious for us, it was like having another home outdoors, we spent so much time outside by the pool or grilling together, I highly recommend this beautiful home, Lisa was wonderful to work with and so responsive, you will not be disappointed!!

Best visit yet!

Very well equipped house in a great location with fantastic outdoor space!If you have ever been to Rosemary Beach, the houses are packed in tight and the pools are often small and mostly shaded.. Not this property : )We picked this particular property for its wide open pool area, receiving lots of sunlight and also somewhat private from neighbors. In fact, there is only one direct neighbor and their houses faces away. this is a very private spot in a not so private community.If all the beds were occupied, the house is probably one bathroom short, but for us and our 7-9 people it was perfect.Great owners too!

Best house in Rosemary Beach!

This was our second stay at Amazing Grace and our 5th year returning to Rosemary Beach for the week. For the price this house is one of the best deals with one of the biggest private pools in the area, close proximity to the beach, private parking, and outdoor space. Highly recommend!

Perfection!!!

We loved every minute of our stay!! The home was perfect for 8 college BFF's celebrating 50! Comfy beds, beautiful decor, fabulous pool and outside living, and fantastic location! Excellent communication every step of the way with the owner. We rented bikes and chairs. No need for a car, unless to get groceries. We didn't want to leave!!

Family vacation

We had a great time here. With red flags at the beach we used the pool everyday and night.. we loved the outdoors kitchen/sitting area. The location is fantastic and convenient for walking everywhere. Missed a separate 1/2 bath downstairs.. with 12 guests, two of the bathrooms are fairly small with little counter space. Beds were so comfortable and laundry washer/dryer were fantastic.

Great location!

We stayed here in July 2023 with a group of 6 adults and 4 kids. The outdoor space and pool was amazing and we loved the proximity to the beach, the sky pool and town! We had to ask Lisa questions a few times and she was very responsive. great stay and we would come back!

Fantastic experience

This was by far my favorite property I've rented in Rosemary Beach. The outside area is THE BOMB! And the inside is so beautifully appointed. I will definitely be staying here again! Thank you for such gracious hospitality!

We had a wonderful trip. The house has been updated since last year. It looks beautiful! Great location! We walked to the beach everyday and would swim in the pool after dinner. Love it!

Perfect week!

We had a wonderful week at Amazing Grace. The house was perfect for our family. The location was wonderful! The walk to the beach was so easy and walkable for toddlesr and going into Rosemary was even easier. We loved having a pool and spent several evenings enjoying the outdoor kitchen area. Can’t wait to return!

The Best!

We have stayed in RMB every summer for 10 years. This has by far been our favorite spot. Location is great and the set up (especially outdoor) is amazing. Most homes don’t have this big of a private pool, nor do they have outdoor seating area and tv. This one had it and was a great layout. We loved it and will be staying here again, hopefully! Perfect especially if you’re a tennis player. It was fun because the hustle and bustle of the tennis courts, but not too crazy because it’s a little off the main road. Kitchen was well equipped and they had a little vacuum to use which most homes here don’t have. Kids bunk room is so cute and lots of space. Overall, perfection if you ask me!

4th stay here and still amazing!

Every year we have come back to this home for a reason. We've looked at booking other homes just for something different, but we were hard pressed to find anything better! The heated pool was occupied 95% of the day by our 4 kids, and the outdoor grill/fireplace was also a hit with the grill masters. This house is perfectly located between the beach, downtown area, and the pools/tennis courts. The biggest sell on Amazing Grace is the privacy. Rosemary homes can sometimes appear on top of one another but this one makes us feel very secluded and private. There is so much to love about this place, and as always- we highly recommend it.

Second stay as good as the first

This was our second stay here and once again, it was perfect. I have already posted a review on Amazing Grace telling you all the fabulous things we love about this house, so please read it for the objective reasons why we stay here. I think this year we realized what we loved about it was that compared to other places for rent in Rosemary, it felt like a home. The furnishings, beds, and outdoor living area are so cozy, we even had friends stop by that say they want to rent here when they come down! Its so perfect for entertaining adults and kids alike. There is something for everyone here. This year we had a few technical issues but Lisa was ALWAYS available for texting or calling, and never seemed bothered by us. Our friends stayed across the way at another VRBO "beautiful high end house" - they had so many issues with their place and could NEVER get ahold of anyone. It made me appreciate this place and the owners even more. Thanks again Lisa for another lovely stay. We certainly hope we can see you again next year.

Beautiful Home

Overall, we had an amazing stay at the house. We loved the outdoor space and the kids enjoyed the heated pool every day. The location is perfect. It’s a quick walk or bike ride to the main square as well as to the beach. The kids bunk room was a favorite. I’ve never seen anything like it. This house is definitely a great find for a family with kids of all ages and would love to rent it again when we return to Rosemary Beach. A couple things nothing major, that I would recommend to the owners… there are no beach towels at the home. We tried to have some shipped from Amazon and they do not have a postal delivery service in Rosemary Beach. You have to have a PO Box so do not have anything shipped to the home as it will not arrive. One more thing to note, the checkout time is 10 AM sharp. We pulled out around 10:10 AM and were charged an additional $75 for a late check out. Overall it is an incredible home when we go back to Rosemary Beach we will likely stay here again!

New Year's with family and friends

Our family of 6 stayed with our good friends (family of 5) over the New Year's week. Excellent location. The best part of the house is the outdoor living area by the pool. We grilled here on New Year's Eve, watched a lot of college football and basketball, and played card games with our kids, while others swam in the heated pool. Easy quick walk to the beach through charming Rosemary Beach. Lisa was very responsive to my texts about how to heat the pool, how to light the grill, etc. We had a minor misunderstanding after check-out. Lisa thought we had brought a pet because the cleaner showed her a picture of a vacuum full of hair. We did not bring a pet. The hair was actually noticed by us on the family room carpet rug on our first night, but we're pretty laid back people and didn't think to let Lisa know of this. So my only suggestion to future renters of their fine property is to advise them promptly of issues you see upon check-in in order to avoid misunderstandings and any need to explain the situation later.

Outstanding location

Cute home and an outstanding location, few minutes walk from the beach and Rosemary town center. Fantastic outdoor space. However, overall a little tired and can do with an overall refresh and deep clean up.

Third time is the Charm!

This is the third time our family has stayed in this house. It is located close to everything without being right in the mix. With parking behind the private gate within the property it feels like your own little compound. The pool is one of the best and i think the largest for a single-family house in Rosemary. We had six adults and three kids, and everyone had plenty of room. The outdoor space with TV, outdoor kitchen and furniture is all covered, which is my favorite in case it rains not having to retreat to the indoors. Would highly recommend this property, and we've stayed in several at Rosemary.

Celebrating 30 years of friendship

We could not have been more thrilled with our stay. Lisa was delightfull to work with and so helpful. She has everything organized beautifully so checking in is a breeze. The house is amazing, very nicely appointed and the outside area and pool were beyond our expectations. Comfortable beds, well supplied kitchen, private gated parking and in a great location. Just a funny side note, it's listed as having 3 1/2 baths. We could never find that 1/2 bath. : ) Perhaps it is the outside shower. It is a beautiful property and all six of us thought it was just perfect! Thank you Lisa, for sharing your beautiful and well kept home.!!!

Rosemary Beach is so very unique with it's European village look and feel. Draw yourself into the warm architecture and walkability to everything. Stroll the tree-lined streets and find unique dining and wonderful shopping. This is truly a place that focuses on families, couples, and friends to get away for the most restful and relaxing time. We fell in love with this community after owning in others, and knew we wanted to be in Rosemary!

We love this house and the land surrounding it. Because of the size our very large lot, we were able to add the wonderful outdoor living area and a 13 x 26 heated pool with a 6 ft sun shelf for the little ones or adult lounging. in adding to the back of the house, we created the covered outdoor porch with outdoor kitchen, dining table and furniture around the warm, cozy fireplace. The amenities of Rosemary Beach are right outside this property. The Fitness Center, indoor Sky Pool, and the Tennis Center with 8 clay courts are right on our corner!
