The cosy, approx. 60 mÂČ, non-smoking, half-timbered bungalow with conservatory is located in a quiet holiday home complex and was completely renovated by the new owner at the end of 2011. The house will be available for rent from January 2012. The green beach of the North Sea resort of Burhave, the North Sea lagoon and the play barn are within easy walking or cycling distance. Numerous restaurants and shopping facilities are available in Butjadingen-Burhave, the largest town on the North Sea peninsula, and can also be easily reached by car or on foot in just a few minutes. The North Sea seaside resorts of Tossens and Eckwarderhörne can be reached by car in approx. 10 minutes or are the perfect destination for a beautiful cycle tour along the North Sea dyke.
The bungalow is furnished for 5 people and has a double bedroom and another room with two single beds and a bed in the loft for children. The living room leads into the open-plan kitchen, which has a separate dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a hob, oven, dishwasher and microwave. The new, bright and friendly interior of the house is complemented by the completely renovated bathroom with shower and WC. The living room also has access to the large covered terrace and the small green garden, which invites you to relax or play. There is a new conservatory and the garden is completely fenced in. A car parking space is available on the property.
