2 bedrooms, 1 living room and 1 bathroom on 85 mÂČ offer space for 4 to 5 people with balcony. The flat is located on the 2nd floor. Conveniently there is a lift and WIFI. A few steps to the marvellous Lake Davos
The kitchen is equipped with a Nespresso and filter coffee machine, toaster and kettle. An oven with microwave, a meat and cheese fondue set and a raclette oven complete the kitchen equipment. There is also a large fridge with freezer compartment, a dishwasher and central heating. Living room with 2 large sofas, 1 of which is electrically adjustable, TV with satellite dining table for 4-5 people. The living comfort includes 1 bathroom with a shower, washing machine, hairdryer and WC, iron and ironing board are also available.
Bedroom with 2 single beds (double bed). Bedroom with separate single bed and sofa bed as well as a modern console that can be used as a desk.
In addition, there is an underground car park in the house: Attention only 1.90 m high with sliding device only for normal length vehicles, outdoor car park for a fee, table tennis room, as well as ski and ski boot cellar.
The indoor swimming pool/sauna is open from 18.11.25 to 21.04.26 and from 04.06.26 to 22.10.26.
